DAYTON, TEXAS + NEARBY COMMUNITIES

Privacy &
request information.

Know where your request goes and what it does, before you send it.

Who receives your request

Keith Douglas operates Septic Pumping Dayton. Requests are delivered to [email protected]. Contact that address with questions about your request or personal information.

Information collected

The form requests your name, phone number, property state, ZIP code, town, service needed, urgency, and consent. Email, system type, and service notes are optional. It also sends a request identifier, source page, consent version, and location-review flag. Do not submit payment details, identification documents, gate codes, or other sensitive information.

How the information is used and shared

Information is used to review location and service needs, contact you about this request, keep a record of handling, and arrange a possible referral. If a suitable provider becomes available, relevant request details may be shared with that provider to respond to your request. We are not currently operating an automatic provider-dispatch service. Your request does not book service or guarantee an operator.

Services that process data

The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Its source code is maintained on GitHub. The form submits to FormSubmit, which processes the submission and delivers email to Keith’s Gmail account. Google Analytics is installed to measure site use; this can involve cookies and technical usage information. The form’s spam protection may also use Google services. The form fields are not intentionally included in the analytics events added by this site.

Provider notices: Cloudflare privacy, GitHub privacy, FormSubmit privacy, and Google privacy. These providers control their own processing and retention.

Records and requests about your information

Requests are stored through the email and form services used to handle them. This project does not currently have a fixed automatic deletion schedule. Contact Keith to request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with your request. Any response must account for the records actually held and the controls available through the service providers; immediate deletion from every provider or backup is not promised.

Calls and messages

Using the phone link opens your device’s dialer; clicking it does not prove a call was made or answered. The site may record a phone-link click or a form submission attempt as a usage event. Those events are not proof of a delivered request, booked job, or completed service. Calls and texts about your request may be handled using the number displayed on this site.

Notice date

This notice describes the setup as of October 19, 2026. It must be updated when the data handling, providers, or referral arrangements change.
